Incredible Mexican Breakfast Of Huevos Rancheros!!

It was the morning after I had excellent Mexican food while drinking margaritas! I still had a craving after the food from the other night was so great. This breakfast also did not disappoint!! I ordered Huevos Rancheros and it was so good. The salsa on the eggs was perfect. Even added a little more hot sauce. The beans and guacamole helped cool the meal down. The spice in the dish was real nice! I enjoyed every bite. I had authentic corn tortillas as part of the dish. Very fresh tasting

My friend ordered the crepes and really enjoyed them as well. I was going to maybe order crepes too. Wasn't sure they had maple syrup. Turns out they did. Still I was happy ordering a more spicy dish!

I had some French press coffee to go with the meal. I really enjoyed it. My friends cousin was there with us. Really enjoyed the company over this great meal.

I am looking forward going back to this city for all the great food, it's really multicultural with a variety of food to choose in Vancouver. I still have a for more food related posts to make from the trip.
