Go out for fresh air in the morning at the beach!

Hello everyone

Thailand is currently in the rainy season with its rain cat and dogs throughout the country and there are many areas where flash floods occur. Phuket rains almost every day as well. But this morning I'm so glad it didn't rain. I prepared my swimsuit for a walk on the beach. After sending my son to school, I drove straight to Kata Beach. In the morning like this, 4-5 tourists were walking to exercise, and tourists are surfing since early in the morning. Because the weather is good, the waves and wind are not strong. Living in an island landscape surrounded by the sea. So most of my life is in nature and the beach. In the morning, I went for a walk and exercised at the beach with a breath of fresh air I'm so happy.

ช่วงนี้ประเทศไทยอยู่ในฤดูฝนมีฝนตกหนักทั่วทั้งประเทศ และมีหลายๆ พื้นที่ที่เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน ภูเก็ตฝนก็เกือบทุกวันเช่นเดียวกัน แต่เช้าวันนี้ฉันดีใจมากที่ฝนไม่ตก ฉันเตรียมชุดว่ายน้ำสำหรับไปเดินเล่นที่ชายหาด หลังจากที่ส่งลูกชายที่โรงเรียนก็ขับรถตรงไปที่หาดกะตะทันที เช้าๆ แบบนี้มีนักท่องเที่ยวเดินออกกำลังกาย 4-5 คน บางคนก็มาเล่นเซิฟตั้งแต่เช้า เพราะอากาศกำลังดี คลื่นลมไม่แรงมากนัก การอาศัยอยู่ในภูมิประเทศที่มีลักษณะเป็นเกาะและล้อมรอบด้วยทะเล การใช้ชีวิตส่วนใหญ่ของฉันจึงอยู่กับธรรมชาติและชายหาด ตอนเช้าได้ไปเดินออกกำลังกายที่ชายหาดพร้อมกับสูดอากาศบริสุทธิ์ เพียงแค่นี้ก็มีความสุขแล้วค่ะ
